Responsible Gaming at kgu9 —
Safety with enjoyment
kgu9 believes every player's experience should be enjoyable, safe, and in control. We are here for you with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming and betting can be a great source of entertainment when enjoyed the right way. However, losing control can lead to personal, family, and financial harm. kgu9 always wants every player to enjoy games responsibly — and to get immediate support whenever they need it.
The core principle of responsible gaming is — play for entertainment, not as a sole means of earning money. Do not bet beyond your means and do not make decisions driven by emotion. On the kgu9 platform, we provide several tools and features to help you keep your gaming in check.
Important Notice
kgu9 is for ages 21 and above only. Account registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If a minor in your household uses your device, please use parental control software.
Responsible Gamer Checklist

- Do not play while intoxicated or emotionally unsettled

Our Safety Tools
At kgu9, we give you full control. Use each of the tools below to keep your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a fixed limit in advance on how much you deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This protects your financial wellbeing and prevents overspending. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a waiting period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. Contact our 24/7 live chat support to close your account for a set period or permanently. During this time, you will not be able to access the platform.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature when you need a temporary break. Your account can be paused for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. No gaming or deposits are possible until the break period ends.
Reality Check Notifications
At set intervals, you will receive a reminder letting you know how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. This notification keeps you aware and helps you take a break at the right time.
Age Verification (21+)
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account at kgu9. Age is verified at registration using a valid national ID card or passport. If any underage account is identified, it is closed immediately.
24/7 Bengali Support
For any gaming concerns or issues, our specialist team is ready to assist you in Bengali via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From self-exclusion to setting deposit limits — all types of support are available.

Seek Professional Help
If needed, speak with a family member or a doctor. Support from mental health professionals is highly effective in overcoming gaming addiction.
Safe Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
We believe transparent financial policies are an important part of responsible gaming. At kgu9, the minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 — these limits ensure that no one makes repeated transactions in very small amounts and exposes themselves to unnecessary risk.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour. By setting a deposit limit, you can keep control of your own spending.
Please note: withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for a bonus are met. Full details are available in the terms and conditions.
Protection of Minors
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and play at kgu9. We make age verification mandatory at registration. Managing a gaming account on behalf of any minor is strictly prohibited.
If younger members of your household use your device, take the following steps:
- Install parental control software on your device
- Use a password manager in your browser to prevent your account from auto-logging in
- Always log out after a gaming session
- Do not share your account password with anyone else
- If you have any suspicion, notify support straight away
For ages 21+
kgu9 is a responsible gaming platform for adult players only. Providing gaming access to minors goes entirely against our policy.
